Mathematics

In a society facing major issues like genetic engineering, overpopulation, and ecological balance, it is essential that responsible citizens be mathematically literate. The Middle School program is designed to engage students in the exploration and discovery of mathematics by presenting challenging problems that are rich in investigative opportunities.

Upper School students examine the structures and systems that connect algebra, geometry and higher-level mathematics, and acquire an appreciation of the richness and beauty of mathematics along with its importance in our culture.
